I joined Louise Schaper and George Margelis on PULSE, the Pulse+IT digital health podcast, for the episode Apple Cider Vinegar & Misinformation (February 2025).
We talked about how digitisation has changed the way people look for and use health information, across topics from nutrition and cancer treatment to vaccines, STIs and HIV. My main point was that a healthy information ecosystem asks more of public health than broadcasting accurate information: people need information that is relevant to them at the moment they look for it, whether in a crisis or in an ordinary search.
Listen to the episode (69 minutes). Pulse+IT also wrote up the conversation.
