In this scoping review, we examine how sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) misinformation in digital spaces operates as a systemic threat to human rights, rather than just a problem of individual inaccuracy. By applying a socioecological lens, we map how misleading narratives and algorithmic amplification reinforce stigma, disrupt access to care, and even shape discriminatory laws and policies. We conclude that protecting reproductive autonomy requires moving beyond simple fact-checking to implementing rights-based governance and demanding accountability from the digital platforms that structure these information environments.
